How do I link an existing account?

There are two methods to link your existing Service Account:

To create a new online account, enter your existing account number during registration with a new email address.

To add your existing Service Account to your current online account, navigate to the 'My Accounts' page and manage your accounts under the 'Linked Service Accounts' section.

What information is required to add a Service Account?
You’ll need your Service Account Number and the postal code where the service is provided. You can find the account number on recent invoices or service documents. If you’re having trouble locating it, please contact your sales representative or our customer service team at store@safety-kleen.com, or call 877-552-8975 (U.S.) or 1-800-340-4869 (Canada).

What payment methods are accepted?

For orders delivered via a Safety-Kleen truck without pre-defined payment terms, the following payment methods are accepted: Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, Amex), Money Orders, Bank Checks. Personal checks are accepted if you have pre-defined payment terms.

How do I register as a new customer?

US and Canadian English-speaking customers can register online. Click "Register" at the top right corner of the website to begin.

Typographical Errors

While we strive to provide accurate information, occasional errors or inaccuracies may occur, including in pricing and product specifications. In the event of a typographical error, we may contact you to confirm the order before shipping or cancel your order and notify you accordingly. Safety-Kleen reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions even after an order has been submitted, confirmed, and your credit card has been charged.

Terms of Use

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY. IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS RELATED TO PURCHASES MADE ON THIS WEBSITE.

Terms and Conditions
Subject to credit approval and the conditions outlined below, Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc. ("Safety-Kleen") will provide the products you select during this online session ("Products") at the stated purchase price ("Price").

Entire Agreement
This Terms and Conditions of Sale Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes the entire understanding between Safety-Kleen and you ("Buyer"). Any terms or conditions contained in a purchase order or similar document that attempt to alter or modify this Agreement are considered void and waived by the Buyer. Safety-Kleen's performance is conditioned on the Buyer's acceptance of these terms. If the Buyer does not accept this Agreement, they must immediately notify Safety-Kleen and return the Products in accordance with the Return Policy. If a separate purchase agreement exists, that agreement will take precedence.

Pricing
Pricing is confirmed upon ordering, and Safety-Kleen processes payment only after the order has shipped. Occasionally, the price displayed may be incorrect, and Safety-Kleen reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from pricing errors. All prices are listed in USD for the USA website and CAD for the Canadian website. Canadian prices may vary from those listed online.

Taxes
Unless otherwise noted, prices do not include taxes. The Buyer is responsible for any taxes levied by authorities related to the production, sale, or shipment of the Products. The Buyer agrees to pay all applicable taxes and provide valid tax exemption documentation if applicable.

Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Safety-Kleen. Orders may be canceled at Safety-Kleen’s discretion. Shipping and handling costs, if applicable, will be detailed on the invoice.

Shipping and Delivery
Safety-Kleen ships only within the continental United States. Parts Washers are usually delivered by a Safety-Kleen representative, while other Products may be shipped using various methods. Delivery times are estimates, and Safety-Kleen does not guarantee specific delivery dates. The risk of loss or damage during shipping is Safety-Kleen’s responsibility when using its selected carrier, but the Buyer's responsibility if they choose the carrier. The Buyer is responsible for the installation of Products, following manufacturer specifications.

Acceptance and Rejection of Products
It is the Buyer's responsibility to inspect the Products upon delivery. Acceptance of the Products occurs when the Buyer receives them, and any issues (missing, incorrect, or damaged items) must be reported to Safety-Kleen within 30 days of the invoice date.

Return Policy and Exchanges
Unused Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. The Buyer must contact Safety-Kleen before returning any Products. Returns must be made in original or equivalent packaging, and the Buyer is responsible for shipping, handling, and potential restocking fees (10% of the Price). Refunds will be issued after inspection, minus shipping and handling fees.

Industrial/Commercial Use
The Buyer acknowledges that many of the Products are intended for industrial or commercial use and agrees to use them accordingly.

Certified Reconditioned Products
Some Parts Washers sold may be certified reconditioned items as specified in the product descriptions.

Warranty
Safety-Kleen provides no express warranties on Products except those explicitly stated with Parts Washers. All Products are sold "as-is." Safety-Kleen disclaims any other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Warranties are voided if unapproved chemicals are used in the Products.

Buyer's Exclusive Remedy
The Buyer’s sole remedy for any defective Product is replacement, repair, or refund at Safety-Kleen's discretion. In no case will Safety-Kleen’s liability exceed the purchase price, nor will it be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

Acceptance and Cancellation
Once accepted and approved by Safety-Kleen, this Agreement cannot be modified or canceled without mutual consent.

Assignment
The Buyer may not assign its rights or responsibilities under this Agreement without Safety-Kleen's written approval.

Enforceability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. The Buyer consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of Texas state and federal courts for any related litigation and waives objections based on forum non conveniens or venue.

Standard Terms and Conditions (Free Promotional Gifts)
  • Free promotional gifts are available to individuals aged 18 or older at the time of purchase.
  • Promotional gifts cannot be exchanged for any other item, cash, or credit.
  • Only one promotional gift is allowed per order, per person, and per address during the promotion. Multiple orders will receive the gift with the first order only unless specified otherwise.
  • Promotional gifts are exclusively available for purchases made on the Safety-Kleen online store at https://store.safety-kleen.com.
  • The promotional gift offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount unless explicitly stated.
  • The promotional gift will not appear in your online shopping cart. It will be shipped to the same address as the qualifying product, four to six weeks after the promotion period ends.
  • If you wish to return an order or item that qualified for a gift, you must also return the promotional gift to receive a refund.
  • The offer is valid only for the dates specified on the relevant promotional banner.
  • Promotional gifts are available while supplies last.
  • The promotion is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited. Recipients assume all liability for any injuries or damages arising from participation or use of the gift.
  • In case of any dispute, Safety-Kleen’s decision is final.

Once an order is placed, we start processing it right away, so changes or cancellations aren’t always possible. What is the Online Rewards program?
The Online Rewards program is our way of thanking customers for shopping through the Safety-Kleen Online Store. Every purchase earns points that can be redeemed for prizes. You receive one point for every dollar spent in our online store*. These points can be redeemed for a variety of rewards, including branded apparel, electronics, gift cards, and even NASCAR® tickets. The more you spend, the more points you earn!
*Orders placed before November 1, 2021, are not eligible for reward points.

How do I join the Online Rewards program?
As a Safety-Kleen customer, you’re automatically eligible for Online Rewards. You’ll begin earning points with your first online purchase.

Do Online Rewards Points expire?
Yes, reward points expire one year from the date they are earned. You can sign up to receive email notifications about balance changes (including earning, redeeming, or losing points) and expiration reminders. These settings can be managed in the Reward Points section of your My Account area.

How do I redeem Online Rewards Points?
Once you've placed an online order, you can use your earned points to shop in the rewards catalog. If you have enough points, you can select a reward gift from the available options.

Are past orders eligible for Online Rewards?
No, only orders placed on or after November 1, 2021, qualify for rewards points. Orders placed before this date are not eligible.

Can Online Rewards Points be exchanged for cash?
No, reward points have no monetary value and can only be redeemed for items in the Online Rewards Points Catalog.

How long does it take to receive my reward gift after redeeming points?
Reward gifts are shipped separately from purchased products. Please allow four to six weeks for your gift to arrive.

What are the benefits of the Online Rewards program for customers?
Every purchase you make in the online store allows you to earn reward points that can be redeemed in our Online Rewards Catalog. Returns

What is the return policy?
At Safety-Kleen, customer satisfaction is our priority. Most products on our website can be returned within 30 days for a refund, provided they are in new, uninstalled condition and in the original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies to each return.
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, meaning you are responsible for the return shipping fee. Any expedited shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Return Exceptions:
We cannot accept returns for:
● Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
● Opened or used products
● Items not in their original condition or packaging
● Made-to-order, custom, or special-order products
● Clearance items

Return Reasons:
● Inaccurate website description
● Product and shipping box both damaged
● Product damaged but shipping box undamaged
● Item defective or non-functional
● Received an extra item not ordered (no refund needed)
● Found a better price
● Item arrived late
● Missing or broken parts
● Ordered by mistake
● Wrong item sent
● Purchase not approved

Returns Processing:
To return an item, locate your order and the item you'd like to return. Then, call or email Customer Service at 877-552-8975 (U.S.) or 1-800-340-4869 (Canada) during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 8 PM ET, Saturday 10 AM - 7 PM ET). A Customer Service Representative will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email. Print the RMA, attach it to the box, and drop it off at your local FedEx store.

What if products arrive damaged?
Unfortunately, some fragile items may be damaged during shipping. Please report damaged products to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery, and do not discard the item or packaging. We may request photos of the damaged product for claim purposes. If damages are not reported within this timeframe, we will be unable to file a claim with the carrier, and Safety-Kleen cannot be held responsible.

How do I return a product?
To return an item within 30 days of receipt (if it is returnable), contact Customer Service to receive a pre-paid return label. You'll need to package the item, attach the label, and make it available for pickup.

Charges

How are shipping charges applied?
If your order includes multiple items and shipping fees apply, all charges are applied with the first shipment. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service.

When will I receive my refund?
We understand that refunds are important. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we usually process the refund to your original payment method within one week. However, due to shipping, inspection, and bank processing times, it can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your card.

How is my refund calculated?
If you return a product that is eligible for return, a 20% restocking fee will apply, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no charge.

Do you charge sales tax?
We only add sales tax when required by law. If applicable, sales tax will be calculated automatically during checkout. Additionally, some locations and products may require an Eco fee. In Canada, all provincial taxes are collected as required.
