Standard Terms and Conditions (Free Promotional Gifts)

• Free promotional gifts are open to those who are 18 or older at the time of purchase.
• The promotional gift cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.
• There is only one promotional gift per order, per person, per address for the duration of the offer or promotion. If you place more than one order with us in the period the offer is running, you will only receive the gift for your first order, unless otherwise stated. Placing an order for multiple items does not entitle you to more than one promotional gift.
• Promotional gifts are only available on orders placed on the Safety-Kleen online store at, https://store.safety-kleen.com.
• The promotional gift offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion that we run on our website, unless otherwise stated.
• The promotional gift will NOT appear in your online shopping cart and will be shipped to the same address that the qualifying product was delivered to four to six weeks after the promotional period has ended.
• If a customer wishes to return an order or item that qualified for a gift with purchase, the transaction can only be refunded if the gift with purchase is also returned.
• The offer or promotion is valid within the dates stated on the relevant promotional banner.
• Promotional gifts are available while supplies last.
• Promotional gifts are subject to all applicable laws and void where prohibited. Gift recipients assume all liability for any injuries or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or by the use or misuse of the gift. 
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of Safety-Kleen is final. 
• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The amended terms and conditions will appear on this page.
