1. Offer Validity & Eligibility

This promotional offer is valid through June 30, 2026 and applies to online orders only. The offer is available to customers purchasing eligible Greases, Gear oils, and empty container products. Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

2. Qualifying Purchase Thresholds

Customers must spend a minimum of $500 on eligible products to qualify for the $75 savings, a minimum of $1,000 to qualify for the $125 savings, or a minimum of $2,000 to qualify for the $300 savings. Only one promo code may be applied per order. The applicable discount tier is determined by the qualifying spend at checkout. Taxes, freight charges, and environmental fees are excluded from the cart value calculation for purposes of determining qualifying spend thresholds.

3. Promo Code Usage

To redeem this offer, customers must enter promo code GEARUP50, GEARUP125, or GEARUP300 at checkout, corresponding to their qualifying spend tier. Promo codes are case-insensitive. Only one promo code may be used per transaction but multiple usage. Promo codes cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed orders.

5. Delivery Requirements

Delivery of qualifying orders is required within 30 days of the order date. Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is accurate at the time of order.

6. Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns

If a qualifying order is modified or cancelled, the promotional discount may be adjusted or revoked if the order no longer meets the minimum purchase requirement. Standard return and refund policies apply.

7. Inventory & Availability

All offers are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders due to stock limitations or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Exclusions
